Can I report my move via tusass.gl
You can register your move with Tusass by filling in a moving form at the nearest Tusass store or by contacting us by mail at ordre@tusass.gl.
What happens to my internet subscription and modem if I move?
If you move from Sisimiut, Maniitsoq, Narsaq, Qaqortoq, Paamiut, Nanortalik, Ilulissat, Aasiaat or Qasigiannguit to another city, besides the 9 cities, you cannot use your internet subscription, as the other cities do not have 5G technology. You must cancel your internet subscription, then you can create a new internet subscription in the relevant city you have moved to, and hand in your modem to the local Tusass store.
