How can I set up the automatic refill?

You can sign up for an automatic refill on tusass.gl. That way your account is refilled whenever your balance falls below 20 DKK.

What does it cost to add data to my plan?

You can add data anytime you want. The price is prorated, but you will get the full data. You won't have to repeat the purchase of unlimited talk & SMS.

Are there fees to make any changes to my mobile plan?

No, fees do not apply whether you want to upgrade or downgrade your mobile plan or your mobile data.

Where do I receive all my receipts?

All the receipts can be retrieved by logging into Tusass.gl.

What is a mobile plan?

The subscription is an agreement for a continuous supply of a product or service for a given period.

2. Once the subscription has been paid, the consumption can be initiated.

3. The subscription is prepaid monthly and deducted from the credit card.

4. The subscription agreement can be terminated at any time, no later than the 20th of the month, if it is to apply from the month-end.

- The deadline for cancellation is no later than the 20th of a month if the notice of termination is to apply from the end of the month. If the cancellation is reported after the deadline of the 20th has expired, the next month's subscription is to be paid for and the cancellation is postponed to the following month. After the unsubscription the SIM card becomes a regular Tusass top-up number, which must be refilled as needed.

How do I quit my Tusass mobile subscription?

You can terminate your Tusass Mobile subscription by logging in; click on your number on the left in the menus and press "click here".

Note:

In the same month that you have upgraded or purchased your subscription, you can´t downgrade or terminate your subscription. You will not be able to see the "click here" link until a new month has started.

You must also be aware that you must terminate latest on the 20th of the month if it has to take effect at the end of the month. You pay for an extra month and have access to the subscription an extra month if you cancel after the 20th of the month.

Your number will still be usable even if it is terminated. You only terminate the subscription which is a fixed monthly payment and therefore your number changes to talk time upon termination.

When can I make changes to my mobile plan?

You can always login to Tusass.gl and change your GSM subscription or Tusass pay-as-you-go to a Tusass mobile subscription. You can also always change your mobile package with additional mobile data at any time of the month.

If you want less mobile data, then you have to change the size of your mobile subscription. If you want to change back to Tusass pay-as-you-go, then you have to deactivate your Tusass mobile account. This all has to happen no later than the 20th of the month, if you want to see these changes the following month. You will be charged for an extra month if you change your subscription after the 20th of the month.

Note: You can only downgrade your subscription when you have not made an upgrade in the same month. When you choose to upgrade, you exclude the opportunity to downgrade on the same month.
