Additional terms for Danish numbers - Private and Business

1. General
For the agreement on the service Danish numbers for Tusass, these terms apply in addition to the terms for Tusass services. In the event of a conflict between the Terms, these Additional Terms shall prevail.

2. Using Danish numbers for Tusass
A Danish number is only available to Tusass and is an 8-digit Danish number without a sim card, which becomes associated with a Tusass number. The Danish number allows for the transmission of SMS messages and / or calls, which goes through the Danish number to the Tusass number.

3. Rules for Danish numbers
Tusass reserves the right to refuse the creation of a Danish number or to cancel and discontinue use of the Danish number after prior notice. Tusass also reserves the right to charge a separate payment for the Danish number. Possibly charges are made after the prior 3 month notice period.

Additional terms for Tusass for children – Private and Business

1. General

For agreement on the service Tusass for children, these terms apply in addition to the terms for Tusass services. In the event of a conflict between the terms, these additional terms shall prevail.

2. Using Tusass for children

Tusass for children is a mobile subscription that contains free call and sms/mms in Greenland and a more specific defined mobile data, which can be viewed on tusass.gl. Tusass for children can only be purchased by self-service at tusass.gl.

3. Rules for Tusass for children

Tusass for children is only available for children between 5 and 17 years.

When creating, the child's CPR number and postcode must be entered to validate age and address. Only one Tusass for children subscription can be created per child.

An indispensable condition for the creation of Tusass for children is that the subscription must be linked to a Tusass mobile and/or Tusass internet subscription, which will be the subscription responsible.

If the subscription responsible has a business product from Tusass, a separate payment agreement must be established at the same time with its own payment card, from which Tusass for children must be paid.

For private Tusass customers, payments for Tusass for children must be linked to existing payment cards that the subscription responsible already uses.

When the responsible subscription is terminated, associated subscriptions with Tusass for children are terminated at the same time. During the month in which the child reaches the age of majority and turns 18, Tusass for children subscription is automatically terminated at the end of the month and changes to talk time.

4. Abuse

Tusass has the right to investigate suspicions of abuse and deviations from these conditions for the use of Tusass for children and upon confirmation to this end subscription use of Tusass for children.

Additional terms for Extra data – Private and Business

1. General

For agreement on the service Extra data, these terms apply in addition to the terms for Tusass services. In the event of a conflict between the terms, these additional terms shall prevail.

2. Using Extra data

Purchase of Extra data is only available for Tusass mobile subscriptions and is an acquisition of extra data in addition to included mobile data in the mobile subscription. Purchase of Extra data can only be made by self-service on tusass.gl and must be paid for in advance with a payment card.

3. Rules for Extra data

Purchase of Extra data presupposes that the mobile subscription does not have unpaid services.

Extra data is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. When purchasing more extra data or at the turn of the month, where included mobile data is reset, it is always the oldest purchase of extra data that precedes the consumption of mobile data - unless the oldest extra data expires.

When purchasing Extra data, the right of withdrawal lapses and unused additional data cannot be refunded or transferred after 30 days.

1. The scope of the subscription terms

For agreements with individuals and businesses regarding access to Tusass offered by Tusass pursuant to the company's concession, the following service-specific terms apply in addition to the "General Terms and Conditions for the Delivery and Operation of Tusass A/S Services - Business" and "General Terms and Conditions for delivery and operation of Tusass A/S 'services - Private ". In case of conflict between the terms, the service-specific terms are preceded by the general terms. Tusass is the provider and Tusass is the mobile service.


Definitions

"Tusass": Provider

"Tusass": Product Name

"Mobile service": Tusass mobile service.

"Automatic Payment": Automatic Payment of the Fixed Subscription Charge by withdrawal of the Customer's Registered Payment Card

"Tusass Recover Account": The option account that is created and used for prepayment if the customer has increased expenses, for example. due to anticipated costs for roaming abroad or content-restricted service

"Recover": When the customer makes a prepayment on the Tusass Recover Account

"Automatic Recovering": A service that can be selected from the Tusass Recover Account so that prepayment is automatically made to the Tusass Recover Account by automatic credit card withdrawal when deposits have passed a fixed amount limit.

"Upgrade": Switch to a subscription that has a higher price.

"Downgrading": Switch to a subscription that has the same or lower price.

2. Conditions for becoming a customer

In order to make use of the Tusass mobile service, the customer must subscribe to the tusass.gl page.

The customer must be at least 18 years to subscribe

On the tusass.gl page, the customer can sign up as a customer, choose Tusass subscription, create Automatic Payment, enter required cpr information, change subscription, and follow in its usage.

Tusass customers must sign up for Automatic Payment.

Tusass's communication form for Tusass is digital and is done by SMS and / or e-mail. Therefore, the customer must promptly give Tusass a message about new e-mail and other subscription-relevant information. It must also be done via tusass.gl.

3. Assumptions

Information about the mobile coverage currently in Greenland can be found on the Tusass website, www.tusass.gl, or can be obtained by contacting Tusass. The mobile service can only be used in areas with mobile coverage. The use of Tusass mobile services assumes that the customer's terminal equipment is intended for this and that the customer's equipment is properly set up.

4. Tusass's delivery obligation, including facilities and features

4.a. Facilities and features

It is apparent from Tusass's product overview for the selected Tusass subscription package, which facilities and features the customer has access to.

Tusass allows the customer to use Tusass's mobile voice service and mobile data service for payment, and to send / receive SMS and MMS messages. The use of this requires that the customer's phone is intended for this purpose. Tusass also allows the customer to purchase content-related services, such as images, ringtones or participation in contests, provided that there is sufficient deposit on the Tusass Recover Account. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the customer's phone is intended for this purpose. Likewise, it is the customer who is responsible for the purchase of these services in the same way as for other purchases. In this connection, the customer should be aware that the services cost an amount beyond what the customer usually pays for Tusass. The price of Tusass is stated in connection with its marketing. Content-restricted services may be offered by Tusass or by other content providers. In both cases, the payment for Tusass content-related services is charged

The customer should also be aware that other cancellation rules may occur when purchasing content-related services. This is disclosed in connection with such services.

4.b. Operation and speed

The customer is aware that there may be fluctuations in the communication speed due to the technical characteristics of Tusass mobile service.

A connection to the Tusass mobile service is provided with a specified maximum speed. The speed may vary depending on the number of customers using the mobile network / same mast at the same time (shared capacity) and depending on the area in which the customer is located.

For all Tusass mobile services, the speeds are listed including a protocol overhead. Tusass reserves the right to temporarily restrict the use of the Tusass mobile service in connection with actions deemed necessary for technical, maintenance, operational and safety reasons or which may be required to meet regulatory requirements.

Tusass also reserves the right to (without the Customer being entitled to claim compensation from Tusass as a result):

To test for open ports (including proxies) e-mail servers (relays) on the customer's equipment that may give rise to abuse.

To reject incoming and outgoing emails, which are considered to be viruses, spam, or phishing.

Blocking third party connections to Tusass's internet service, where the connection is deemed misused, for example. to spread viruses, spam or phishing.

To limit the amount of SMS, MMS, e-mails, etc. per. unit of time.

To upgrade networks and other components to the required extent

4.c. Customer responsibility for the online use

Tusass has no responsibility for what the customer can access online. Consumption on the Internet may result in the client's hardware or software being infected with viruses and / or other malicious software. Tusass has no influence on this and can not be held liable for any damages and / or losses that may arise as a result of this.


4.d. Directory inquiry Data

If the customer so wishes, the mobile phone number will be displayed on the number information and on Tusass's information service on the Internet. The customer's mobile phone number will be disclosed at any time in connection with the emergency telephone 112, to the police and other telecom providers, if this is necessary for signaling


5. Payment and reclamation

5.a. Collection

The prices for the services offered under Tusass are determined by Tusass and approved by Naalakkersuisut according to the applicable rules. Information on the current package prices, tariffs and charges can be found on the website www.tusass.gl



5.b. Payment for subscription

Payment for the subscription is made prior to and only via payment through www.tusass.gl.

Tusass sends receipt by SMS and / or mail every time money is withdrawn for refueling.

As a rule, Tusass does not send payment receipts for monthly payments. If the customer wishes to receive receipts, it must be activated through login at www.tusass.gl

The customer must be registered for Automatic Payment. When signing up for Automatic Payment, the customer allows Tusass to store the customer's payment card information for debit of the customer's debit card upon payment of Tusass subscription fee. Automatic Payment acts as a fixed agreement, where the money is deducted from the customer's debit card at the end of each month.

If Automatic Payment can not be made due to Customer Relationship, for example, if the Payment Card is blocked or deleted or there is no cover on the card, notification will be given to the customer's registered email and by SMS. Tusass reserves the right to charge any fee for this. The customer will be able to view payment history, transfers and deposits at the Tusass Recover Account at www.tusass.gl. In case of non-payment, Tusass is not allowed the following month. No bills or usage specifications are provided for services in Tusass.


5.c. Unused subscription

No refund of unused Tusass subscription (in whole or in part) is granted, as well as unused subscriptions can not be transferred to a new period.





5.d. Switch between subscriptions

upgrading:

When the customer upgrades his subscription, the change is effected with immediate effect.



downgrading:

If the customer downgrade his Tusass subscription before the 20th of the month, the downgrade will take effect at the next month.

If the customer downgrade his Tusass subscription after the 20th of the month, the downgrading will only take effect after the end of the following month.

If the customer has made an upgrade, the customer can not subsequently downgrade his Tusass subscription in the same month as the customer can not downgrade his subscription in the first month after the creation.

The Tusass subscription content is for use in Greenland and can not be used abroad, see section 5h

5.e. In case of non-payment of subscription fee

If there is no cover for payment on the customer's debit card, the subscription charge will be deducted from any subscription to the customer's "Tusass Recover Account" in section 5 g. In the case of non-payment, Tusass reserves the right to block outgoing calls (excluding free numbers such as 112 etc.) and reduce data speed or completely block data. In terms of speech, it will still be possible to receive cold despite missing payment. The subscription will be activated again at the next subscription fee.

If no subscription has been paid for 12 consecutive months, the subscription will be closed. The customer will receive a notification via SMS 30 days before closing.


5.f. For consumption in addition to subscription

Talk

The included talk content in a Tusass subscription is only valid for calls to Tusass landline and mobile phone numbers. The speech content can not be used for specially dialed numbers such as 90 numbers or similar content-takedowned services (e.g., directory inquiry).

The included speech content can also not be used for calls to and from abroad - including roaming. Targeting for customized and content-based services follows Tusass's usual tariffs and requires connection to Tusass Recovering Account with positive deposits, see section 5g.


mobile Data

Included mobile data in a Tusass subscription only includes usage on Tusass's mobile network. If the customer's usage of mobile data exceeds that which is included, the subscription will Tusass reduce speed or completely block data download until a new month starts or until the customer upgrades to a subscription with a larger package content

It will always be possible to access www.tusass.gl, regardless of whether the customer has consumed the total included data for a month. Consumption abroad is charged at current rates, which can be found at www.tusass.gl, and requires connection to Tusass Recover Account with positive deposits in this account, see section 5g

The customer's data usage is calculated for each 10 KB data that is being sent and / or received, both in Greenland and abroad.

SMS / MMS

Free SMS and MMS are included in the subscription. Free SMS and MMS can be used for all common Greenlandic mobile numbers in Tusass's mobile network.

Free SMS and MMS do not apply:

content-restricted services ordered via SMS or MMS.

SMS and MMS shipped from abroad.

Web SMS and MMS.

SMS and MMS to other operators including foreign mobile numbers.

These are subject to the applicable tariffs.

SMS messages sent abroad are charged according to the roaming summary at www.tusass.gl.

Content-restricted SMS messages (e.g., donations) cost the price indicated at any time. This means that this type of SMS message is not free, regardless of the customer's free consumption. For example, if an amount is collected for a collection, only the text message is free. The donation itself will be deducted separately from the customer's Tusass Recover Account. Donation via SMS therefore requires that the customer is registered with Tusass Recover Account with positive deposits on this account

Abuse:

The SMS and MMS messages must not:

Be machine-generated (machine generated calls)

Be machine-generated (machine-shipped) - Alarms are, however, excluded

Shipped as a series of identical SMS & MMS messages to the same recipient

Used for harassment or spam by individuals or groups

Used commercially, including for marketing purposes

In case of abuse, Tusass can block the customer's subscription with immediate effect.

5.g. Enrollment to Tusass Recover Account for Calls to Content-Stressed Phone Numbers, International Calls and Roaming

Mobile services that are not covered by the customer's subscription can be purchased for the creation and prepayment of the Tusass Recover Account. The account is active for 12 months from the customer's recent payment. Deposit on the Tusass Recover Account can be refunded to the customer against Tusass's current fee for this.

Tusass Recover Account can be used for roaming, international calls, and dialing to special numbers and other content-interfered services. The customer can pick up his Tusass Recover Account, as required, at www.tusass.gl. The amount will be raised on the customer's registered debit card, and the customer will then receive a confirmation of payment by SMS and the customer's registered e-mail address.

The customer can sign up for Automatic Recognition at www.tusass.gl if the customer may wish for this (eg for roaming when staying abroad). Automatic Reconciliation occurs when deposits in the account pass a customer-defined amount limit. The customer can change the amount, which is automatically paid to the Tusass Recover Account, at any time.

Tusass has the right to apply deposits to the customer's Tusass Recover Account to cover payment for subscription, if there is no cover on the registered payment card, see section 5e - "In case of non-payment of subscription"


If the customer wishes to change or close his subscription and there is a positive deposit on the Tusass account, the customer can, at a fee, refund the amount to the customer's debit card. Fee for this transaction is available at www.tusass.gl The customer will receive information by SMS or e-mail, if a payment can not be made.

5.h. roaming

The customer may use a foreign operator's network (roaming) if Tusass has entered into an agreement with the operator. An ongoing overview of which companies Tusass has entered into is at www.tusass.gl.

Tusass is not responsible for network coverage and access etc. in connection with roaming.

The customer should be aware that the tariff for using Tusass in foreign mobile networks differs from the tariff in Tusass's network.

Using roaming with Tusass requires connection to Tusass Recover Account - see section 5.g.

For voice, roaming charges consist of calls made abroad, as well as calls received abroad. For data, consumption consists of both sent and received Mbytes.

Tusass is not responsible for coverage, quality, security and provision of services on the respective foreign networks. Tusass is not responsible for the processing of personal data by foreign service providers.

6. Card, codes and termination

6.a. Cards and codes

To use Tusass, the customer must use a Tusass SIM card. If the customer is already a customer at Tusass, the existing SIM card will be used in most cases. As a whole new customer, the customer must first purchase a Tusass starter kit containing a SIM card, 2 secret codes, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a Personal Unblocking Key (PUK). PIN and PUK code are used to prevent misuse of the SIM card. The SIM card, PIN, and PUK code are personal to the customer and must be stored in a safe manner.

PIN codes, PUK codes and other codes made available by Tusass are Tusass's property and are considered to be returned at the end of the subscription. If the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times in a row, the SIM card is automatically blocked and can then only be reopened with the PUK code. If the PUK key is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row, the SIM card is permanently blocked.

If the customer loses his PIN or PUK code, they can be found at www.tusass.gl

The customer is responsible for the abuse of the customer's codes and SIM cards by others. The customer must promptly notify Tusass if any abuse occurs, codes are lost or someone else gets unauthorized knowledge of the PIN so that Tusass can block for further abuse.

The customer can purchase a new SIM card if the old SIM card is lost or inactive. The customer must then register the new SIM card at www.tusass.gl

Mistes SIM card must inform Tusass as soon as possible about Tusass.

6.b. Termination

In the same month that you have upgraded or purchased your subscription, you can´t downgrade or terminate your subscription. You will not be able to see the "click here" link until a new month has started. You must also be aware that you must terminate latest on the 20th of the month if it has to take effect at the end of the month. You pay for an extra month and have access to the subscription an extra month if you cancel after the 20th of the month.

A Tusass subscription is valid until:

The customer has not paid for his subscription for 12 consecutive months, cf. item 5e.

7. Entry into force

This service-specific terms for Tusass is approved by Naalakkersuisut and will enter into force on November 1, 2017.
