The switch will always occur at the end of the month. Your child cannot switch immediately, and you have to request the switch no later than the 20th of the month, if your child should get the subscription at the end of the month. Your child needs to have either a Tusass Pay-As-You-Go number, a Tusass Private cellphone number or a postpaid cellphone number in the shape of Mobile Mikisoq, Akulleq or Angisooq.

- First you log in with your child’s mobile number at mit.tusass in Tusass.gl
- Go to settings and change the already registered cell phone number to your own Tusass Business Mobile number.
- The account will then change from the child’s login cell phone number to your own.
- Now as the adult, you can sign up for Tusass for children subscription via the link at mit.tusass or on the mobile page at Tusass.gl
Your child cannot change right away, and you must change no later than the 20th of the month, for your child’s new subscription to begin at the end of the month. If the switch is requested after the 20th of the month, the switch will not happen until the end of the following month.
Your child switches immediately without further payment, as you have already paid for the rest of the month on your previous subscription. The Tusass for children subscription costs less than what you have already paid for this month.
No. Your previous subscription is prepaid until the end of the month. When you sign up for a Tusass for children subscription is your responsibility. However, you will only pay 89 DKK at the end of the month.
In the same way as with a Tusass Mobile subscription you have the opportunity to pay through your Tusass account. The system will attempt daily to complete payment from your card and then through the Tusass account in accordance with your chosen subscription on of the first days in the following month, if your card was not covered at the end of the month.
No, you cannot. The subscription must first be downgraded to a Tusass pay-as-you-go number, before it can be upgraded again to a different subscription. Your child needs to be 18 years old to change the number, if the number should be the child’s responsibility.
You can cancel the subscription yourself on tusass.gl. The cancellation must be no later than the 20th of the month, for the cancellation to have effect at the end of the month. The subscription will then change to Tusass pay-as-you-go.
No, you cannot. The subscription at that price has a fixed 1GB data subscription. If you need more data, data vouchers can be bought at 100 DKK / GB.
If your own subscription is not paid, the connected Tusass for children subscription will not be paid either. After 5 days the data speed will slow down. If you still have not paid at the end of the month, the subscriptions will automatically downgrade to pay-as-you-go.
No, you first must agree to a voluntary settlement with Tusass, where you pay off your debt over a period of time. Contact customer support at 808080 or consult your local Tusass store.
