1. Scope of the subscription terms
For agreements with business enterprises regarding access to Tusass Business mobile service, which is offered by Tusass in accordance with the company's concession, the following service-specific terms apply in addition to "General terms for the delivery and operation of Tusass A/S" services - Business ". In the event of a conflict between the terms, the service-specific terms for the Tusass Business mobile service precede the general terms.
Information on the mobile coverage in Greenland at any time can be found on Tusass's website, www.tusass.gl, or can be obtained by contacting Tusass. The mobile service can only be used in areas with mobile coverage.
The use of Tusass Business mobile services requires that the customer's terminal equipment is designed for this and that the customer's equipment is set up correctly.
Purchase of Tusass Business mobile is conditioned by that if the customer has other Tusass mobile subscriptions, which is not Tusass Business mobile, then these must in most cases be converted to Tusass Business mobile.
3. Tusass's delivery obligation, including facilities and functions
3.a. Facilities and features
It appears from Tusass's product overview for the chosen Tusass Business mobile subscription package, which facilities and functions the customer has access to.
Tusass Erhverv gives the customer access, against payment, to use Tusass's mobile speech service and mobile data service, and to send / receive SMS and MMS messages. The use of this presupposes that the customer's telephone is intended for this.
Tusass Erhverv also gives the customer the opportunity to purchase content-charged services, which can for example be pictures, ringtones or participation in competitions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the customer's telephone is intended for this. Likewise, it is the customer who is responsible for the purchase of these services in the same way as for other purchases. In this connection, the customer should be aware that the services cost an amount in addition to what the customer normally pays for the Tusass Business. The price of Tusass Erhverv is disclosed in connection with its marketing. The content-charged services can be offered by Tusass or by other content providers. In both cases, the payment is for the Tusass content-charged services.
The customer must also be aware that other cancellation rules may occur when purchasing content-charged services. This is disclosed in connection with such services. Delivery obligation, including facilities and functions
3.b. Operation and speed
The customer is aware that fluctuations in the communication speed may occur as a result of the technical properties of the Tusass Business mobile service.
A connection to Tusass Business mobile service is provided with a specified maximum speed. The speed may vary depending on how many customers are using the mobile / same mast at the same time (shared capacity), and depending on the area in which the customer is located. For all of the Tusass Business mobile services, the rates are inclusive of a protocol overhead.
Tusass reserves the right to temporarily limit the possibilities for use of the Tusass Business mobile service in connection with measures deemed necessary for technical, maintenance, operational and safety reasons, or which may be necessary to meet the requirements of the authorities.
Tusass also reserves the right (without the customer being entitled to claim compensation from Tusass as a result):
- To test for open ports (including proxies) e-mail servers (relays) on the customer's equipment that can cause abuse.
- To reject incoming and outgoing emails that are considered to be viruses, spam or phishing, for example.
- To block third-party connections to Tusass's Internet service, where the connection is deemed abused, for example. to spread viruses, spam or phishing.
- To limit the amount of SMS, MMS, emails, etc. per. unit of time.
- To upgrade networks and other components as necessary.
3.c. The customer's responsibility for the move online
Tusass has no responsibility for what the customer can access online. Consumption on the Internet can cause the customer's hardware or software to be infected with virus and / or other malicious software. Tusass has no influence on this and can therefore not be held liable for possible damages and / or losses that may arise as a result of this.
3.d. Directory inquiry Data
If the customer so desires, the mobile phone number on the directory inquiry and on Tusass's information service on the Internet is disclosed.
The customer's mobile phone number will at all times be disclosed in connection with the emergency telephone 112, to the police and other telecommunications providers, should this be necessary for signaling purposes.
4. Payment and subscription conditions
The prices for the services offered under the Tusass Business are fixed by Tusass and approved by the Norwegian Government in accordance with the applicable rules.
4.b. Unused subscription
No reimbursement of unused Tusass Business subscription (wholly or partly) is granted, just as unused subscription cannot be transferred to a new period.
4.c. Switching between subscriptions
When the customer changes his Tusass Business mobile subscription before the 20th of the month, the change enters into force at the next month-end.
When the customer changes his Tusass Business subscription after the 20th of the month, the change will not take effect until the end of the following month.
If the customer has changed his Tusass Erhverv mobile subscription, the customer cannot subsequently change his Tusass Erhverv mobile subscription in the same month, just as the customer cannot change his subscription during the first month after the establishment.
4.d. For consumption beyond subscription
The included voice content in a Tusass Business subscription only applies to calls to Tusass's Greenlandic landline and mobile phone numbers. The speech content cannot be used for specially charged numbers such as 90 numbers or similar content-charged services (for example, directory inquiry). The included voice content can also not be used for calls to and from abroad - including roaming. Appraisal for specially charged and content-charged services follows Tusass's general tariffs and is charged separately.
Included mobile data in a Tusass Business subscription only includes consumption in Tusass's mobile network. If the customer's consumption of mobile data exceeds what is included in the subscription, Tusass will charge additional mobile data usage. Appraisal for further consumption of mobile data follows Tusass Business any applicable product-specific tariffs and is charged separately.
Consumption abroad is charged according to the rates applicable at any time, which can be found at www.tusass.gl.
The customer's data usage is calculated for each started 10 KB of data which is sent and / or received, which applies both in Greenland and abroad.
SMS / MMS:
Free SMS and MMS are included in the subscription. Free SMS and MMS can be used for all common Greenlandic mobile numbers in Tusass's mobile network.
Free SMS and MMS do not apply to:
- content-charged services ordered via SMS or MMS.
- SMS and MMS sent from abroad.
- Web SMS and MMS.
- SMS and MMS to other operators including foreign mobile numbers.
- These are charged according to the otherwise applicable tariffs.
SMS messages sent abroad are charged according to the roaming list at www.tusass.gl.
SMS messages (eg donations) cost the price stated at any time. This means that this type of SMS message is not free, regardless of the customer's free use. For example, if an amount is donated to a fundraiser, only the SMS message itself is free. The donation itself will be charged separately in the bill.
SMS and MMS messages must not:
- Calls must not be machine-created (machine-made calls)
- Be Machine-Created (Machine Shipped) - However, alarms are excluded
- Sent as a series of identical SMS & MMS messages to the same recipient
- Used for harassment or spam by individuals or groups
- In case of abuse, Tusass can block the customer's subscription with immediate effect.
Tusass has entered into agreements with a number of foreign telecommunications companies, so that Tusass's customers can use the mobile service in their mobile networks. Tusass is not responsible for network coverage and access etc. in connection with roaming.
The customer must be aware that the tariff for using the mobile service in foreign mobile networks differs from the tariff in Tusass's network, and that roaming charges are levied for both the calls received by the customer and for calls - including data calls - as the customer himself make. For mobile data, consumption of both consists of sent and received megabytes.
The customer must also be aware that there may be a delayed charge for consumption on foreign mobile networks, as Tusass must await charges from these mobile operators before Tusass can charge its own customers.
Using roaming with Tusass Business mobile subscription will be charged to the bill.
Tusass is not responsible for coverage, quality, security and supply of service on the respective foreign networks. Tusass is not responsible for the processing of personal data by foreign providers.
5. Cards and codes
In order to make use of the Tusass Business mobile subscription, the customer must use Tusass SIM card. If the customer is already a customer of Tusass, the existing SIM card can be used in most cases. As a brand new customer, the customer must first have a SIM card available at the Tusass store, to which are attached two secret codes, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a Personal Unblocking Key (PUK code). PIN and PUK code are used to prevent misuse of the SIM card. The SIM card, PIN code and PUK are personal to the customer and must be stored in a secure manner.
PIN codes, PUK codes and other codes provided by Tusass are Tusass's property and are considered to be returned at the end of the subscription. If the PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times in a row, the SIM card is automatically blocked and can then only be reopened with the PUK code. If the PUK code is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row, the SIM card is permanently blocked.
The customer bears responsibility for others' misuse of the customer's codes and SIM card. The customer must immediately notify Tusass if abuse occurs, codes have been lost or if someone else gets unjustified knowledge of the PIN code, so that Tusass can block further abuse.
The customer can obtain a new SIM card if the old SIM card is lost or inactive.
If the customer loses his SIM card, the customer must promptly notify Tusass accordingly.
6. Entry into force
The present service-specific terms for the Tusass Business mobile subscription are approved by Naalakkersuisut and will enter into force on November 1st 2017.
For the agreement on the service Danish numbers for Tusass, these terms apply in addition to the terms for Tusass services. In the event of a conflict between the Terms, these Additional Terms shall prevail.
2. Using Danish numbers for Tusass
A Danish number is only available to Tusass and is an 8-digit Danish number without a sim card, which becomes associated with a Tusass number. The Danish number allows for the transmission of SMS messages and / or calls, which goes through the Danish number to the Tusass number.
3. Rules for Danish numbers
Tusass reserves the right to refuse the creation of a Danish number or to cancel and discontinue use of the Danish number after prior notice. Tusass also reserves the right to charge a separate payment for the Danish number. Possibly charges are made after the prior 3 month notice period.
4. Entry into force
The additional terms for Danish numbers for Tusass enter into force on August 1st, 2020
For agreement on the service Tusass for children, these terms apply in addition to the terms for Tusass services. In the event of a conflict between the terms, these additional terms shall prevail.
2. Using Tusass for children
Tusass for children is a mobile subscription that contains free call and sms/mms in Greenland and a more specific defined mobile data, which can be viewed on tusass.gl. Tusass for children can only be purchased by self-service at tusass.gl.
3. Rules for Tusass for children
Tusass for children is only available for children between 5 and 17 years.
When creating, the child's CPR number and postcode must be entered to validate age and address. Only one Tusass for children subscription can be created per child.
An indispensable condition for the creation of Tusass for children is that the subscription must be linked to a Tusass mobile and/or Tusass internet subscription, which will be the subscription responsible.
If the subscription responsible has a business product from Tusass, a separate payment agreement must be established at the same time with its own payment card, from which Tusass for children must be paid.
For private Tusass customers, payments for Tusass for children must be linked to existing payment cards that the subscription responsible already uses.
When the responsible subscription is terminated, associated subscriptions with Tusass for children are terminated at the same time. During the month in which the child reaches the age of majority and turns 18, Tusass for children subscription is automatically terminated at the end of the month and changes to talk time.
Tusass has the right to investigate suspicions of abuse and deviations from these conditions for the use of Tusass for children and upon confirmation to this end subscription use of Tusass for children.
5. Entry into force
The additional terms for Tusass for children enter into force on 1 December 2020
For agreement on the service Extra data, these terms apply in addition to the terms for Tusass services. In the event of a conflict between the terms, these additional terms shall prevail.
2. Using Extra data
Purchase of Extra data is only available for Tusass mobile subscriptions and is an acquisition of extra data in addition to included mobile data in the mobile subscription. Purchase of Extra data can only be made by self-service on tusass.gl and must be paid for in advance with a payment card.
3. Rules for Extra data
Purchase of Extra data presupposes that the mobile subscription does not have unpaid services.
Extra data is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. When purchasing more extra data or at the turn of the month, where included mobile data is reset, it is always the oldest purchase of extra data that precedes the consumption of mobile data - unless the oldest extra data expires.
When purchasing Extra data, the right of withdrawal lapses and unused additional data cannot be refunded or transferred after 30 days.
4. Entry into force
The additional terms for Extra data enter into force on 1 December 2020
