What can we help you with?
What is this change about?
From May 1st 2025, we are changing the way we handle unpaid subscriptions. Previously, you could still use mobile and internet services for a period of time even if you had not paid – you can no longer do that. From now on, subscriptions will be blocked at the end of the month if they have not been paid, and you will lose access to services such as calls, text messages and data. However, you can always regain access immediately by paying your bill on My Tusass
When will the change take effect?
The change will take effect at the end of the month between April 30th and May 1st. From this date, subscriptions will be closed if they have not been paid.
What happens if I don’t pay my subscription?
If you have not paid your mobile or internet subscription by the last day of the month, it will be closed at the end of the month. This means that you can no longer use calls, text messages and data – unless you pay.
How can I pay and regain access?
You can pay at any time via our website and gain access immediately. You can also use My Tusass to pay or to change/update your payment card. From the 1st day of the month you can make an 'Immediate payment' from the My Tusass homepage. Press the text "Click here". We will also try to withdraw the money every Friday until the subscription is completely closed and canceled.
What should I do if I have received a new payment card?
If you have received a new payment card, you must update your card information yourself. You can easily do this at www.tusass.gl under My Tusass. Once the card has been updated, we will automatically ensure that the payment is withdrawn in the future. NOTE: If you change your card on the last day of the month, the payment will not take place automatically.
Can I still make emergency calls even if I have not paid for my subscription?
Yes, you can still call the Police (112) and Fire Department (113) – even if your subscription has been blocked due to non-payment.
How much will I pay if I only pay for the subscription in the middle of the month?
If you only pay on the 10th of the month, for example, you will only pay for the remaining days.
When will I receive SMS messages from you?
If you have not paid your subscription, we will send you the following messages:
The first day of the month
"Hello X.
Since you haven’t paid for your [X] subscription, we have now closed the service. You can still log on to our website, where you will be able to pay and reopen your subscription. You can do that on [website].
Kind regards. Tusass"
A week later:
"Hello X,
You still haven’t paid for your [x] subscription. Remember, you can reopen your service by paying in [website].
Kind regards. Tusass"
14 days before cancelation (total cancelation happens after 3 months):
"Hello X,
This is your last chance to pay for your [x] subscription via [website]. If we receive payment before (X date), we will reopen your service. If we don’t, we will block your service completely.
Kind regards. Tusass"
Can I still use services if I haven't paid?
No, from May 1st there is no longer access – or limited access – to services that you haven't paid for. However, you can still call us on 808080, and you can also access our website.
What happens if I still haven't paid after three months?
If you haven't paid after three months, your subscription will be completely closed and taken down. This means that you no longer have an active subscription with us. If you want to return, you must create a new subscription from scratch – i.e. get a new SIM card and new number.
