You can, among other things:

• create and manage users

• change user permissions

• add new mobile subscriptions

• order internet

• change mobile and internet subscriptions

• cancel mobile and internet subscriptions

• block subscriptions if misuse is suspected

• forward calls

• change SIM cards

• set usage limits

• export usage data

An Admin can invite new employees directly in Tusass Toqqaannaq.

When the employee is created, the Admin also chooses which permissions the employee should have.

No. You can give employees different permissions depending on what they need to do in Tusass Toqqaannaq.

• Admin – can manage the company’s access, users, permissions and subscriptions.

• Manager – can manage the company’s subscriptions.

• Viewer – can view information and subscriptions but cannot make changes.
