Please note that you must download the Tusass Music app on your mobile device afterwards, as the music service cannot be used on a computer.

Can I play music via Bluetooth, Chromecast, or AirPlay using your service?

Our service currently supports wireless music playback via Bluetooth and AirPlay. While Chromecast isn't available yet, it's in our pipeline for future integration.

Why am I still being charged after cancelling my subscription?

Firstly, you must ensure that you have canceled your Tusass Music subscription and that you have done so before the monthly payment date. 

If you have secured this, you can contact Tusass Music Support.

  1. You can do this by clicking on the user icon. 
  2. Then on support.
  3. Click contact, then describe the situation by email.

How can I change my credit card? 

You can change your credit or debit card when you manage your subscription. You can manage your subscription here: music.tusass.gl

If I change my payment card, what happens to the users I have under my debit card? 

Your Tusass Music account will not be affected when you change your payment card, as long as your monthly subscription is paid.

What happens if I don't pay for my Tusass Music subscription?

Your Tusass Music account will be deactivated if you do not pay for the monthly subscription.

Can I use my debit card for multiple users?

You can use your payment card for multiple users. 

The only thing required is a new mobile number for each user.

What time of the month to pay for the monthly subscription?

The first payment comes as soon as your 7 day trial expires. After this, the subsequent payments will fall on the day of the month you registered as a user on Tusass Music.

Is there VAT on Tusass Music? 

There is VAT for users who register in the following countries:

  • Denmark

How can I contact Tusass Music Support?

How do I change my email address?

  1. Click on the user icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to Edit.
  3. Then, you can click on E-mail and change your e-mail address

How do I close (delete) my Tusass Music Account?

  1. Press the user icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to the support tab.
  3. To close (delete) your account, press Delete Account, and your account will be permanently deleted. 

Be aware that this doesn’t cancel your subscription.

I created a new account. Can I transfer my playlists, saved music and followers?

Unfortunately, not. 

We do not have that feature on Tusass Music right now.

  1. Press the user icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Press your avatar/profile picture.
  3. Then, you can select an image from your device

How do I change my Tusass Music username?

  1. Click on the user icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to Edit.
  3. Then, you can click on Display Name and change your username.

How does the 7 days Free trial offer work?

You get a 7 day trial if it is the first time you sign up as a Tusass Music user with the mobile number you use. During this period, you have the opportunity to use the music service as an active subscriber, at no cost. If you continue to subscribe after the 7 day trial period is over, you will automatically be charged for the subscription.

During the 7-day trial period, you have the option to cancel the subscription free of charge at any time.

If I delete my Tusass Music account, does it mean that I cancel my subscription? 

No, you must cancel your subscription yourself.

Can I download music? 

You have the option to download songs, albums and playlists to My Music, which makes it possible to listen to them offline via the Tusass Music app. You can do this by pressing 'star' when playing a song, album or playlist.

Is there only Greenlandic music at Tusass Music? 

Tusass Music wants to give Greenlandic musicians a platform to support Greenlandic culture and its language. The starting point is therefore that the music found at Tusass Music has a connection to Greenland.

How do I post tracks using Instagram Stories? 

  1. When you play a song, you can tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner 
  2. Then press share
  3. You now have the option to choose to share it on various social media

You can press the search icon and type the band/artist you want to find

The presence of music on Tusass Music is determined by the artists and their music labels. If a particular song is not accessible, it's likely because the artist or their music label has chosen not to release it on Tusass Music.

How can I create my own playlist on the mobile app?

  1. Once you've found a song you want in the playlist, tap 3 dots in the top right corner. 
  2. Next, add to playlist
  3. Here you can select an existing playlist or create a new one by pressing + in the upper right corner.

How can I manage my Liked Songs?

Here's how you can manage the songs you like:

  1. To add songs to your favorites, you can tap the star icon. This will mark the songs as favorites.
  2. If you later want to remove songs from your favorites, you can go to the "My Songs" section and tap the star icon again next to the songs you no longer want as favorites. This will remove them from your list of favorites.

Can I change my display name?

  1. Click on the user icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Go to Edit.
  3. Then, you can click on Display Name and change your username.

How do I save music to My Music?

You can press the star icon to save songs, albums, or playlists My Music.

How can I perform a clean reinstall of the app? 

  1. Press the user icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap on the Settings tab.
  3. Then press Clear Cache.
  4. Uninstall the Tusass Music app.

How do I update Tusass Music?

You can navigate to the Google Play Store on Android devices or the App Store on iPhones, and update app manually. Alternatively, you have the option to enable automatic updates.

How can I search, filter and sort in Tusass Music?

As if right now theres no feature for that

Why can't I access the web player?

Currently, there is no web player available for Tusass Music.

  1. Once you've found a song you want in the playlist, tap 3 dots in the top right corner. 
  2. Next, add to playlist 
  3. Here you can select an existing playlist or create a new one by pressing + in the upper right corner.

How do I disable Autoplay?

Currently, there is no autoplay feature in Tusass Music.

Is there a save limit on Tusass Music?

You can save as much music you want.

What happens to my downloads and playlists when I no longer subscribe?

You will be unable to play any kind of music when you unsubscribe. But you will be able accesss your downloads and playlists once you subscribe again, as long as you do it within a 7 day period. In case you don't resubscribe within this period, your history and playlists will be removed.

How can I share songs with my friends?

  1. When you play a song, you can tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner. 
  2. Then press share.
  3. You now have the option to choose to share it on various platforms.

How can I recover my lost playlists?

At the moment, unfortunately, there is no feature to recover lost playlists.
