Service-Specific Terms and Conditions for Tusass Flow

The entire solution is hosted by Tusass who takes care of the operation and maintenance of the entire telephony system, including licenses and software updates.  The customer simply needs access to the internet and download an application. 

Subscription details 

A subscription is an agreement on the continuous provision of the service for a given period of time. Once the subscription is registered, the user can use Tusass Flow.

The subscription is billed in advance on the 1st of each month with payment due on the last day of the month.

However, the first month's subscription will not be billed until the following month. This means that the first bill contains 2 months of subscription – the month of creation and subscription for the coming month.

The subscription can be terminated at any time. The deadline for termination is no later than the 20th of a month if the termination is to apply from the next month. If the termination is reported after the deadline has expired, the next month's subscription is paid, and the termination is postponed to the month after.

Product-specific terms

Tusass Flow includes the telephony solution and the system itself. Hardware, such as desk phones and conference phones, is not included in this agreement and must be agreed separately if need be. Tusass is responsible for licenses for the entire solution where the customer is granted the right to use the telephony system.

For every Tusass Flow user, there is a fair use limit of 50 hours per month on calls made outside Tusass Flow to prevent any abuse. The fair use limit is not set to limit minutes of use.

Data rights of disposal

The customer has the right, title, and copyright to the data transferred under the contract for processing by Tusass, as well as the results of the data processing. However, the data in question may be used by Tusass for the performance of tasks under the contract in accordance with the security rules in force at any time.

After termination of the contract, Tusass is not entitled to hold data that has been transferred by the customer for processing by Tusass by virtue of this contract. Tusass is not entitled to exercise a right of retention in data as a result of a dispute between the parties or otherwise. Tusass is also obliged, at the customer's request, to contribute to the transfer of data to another supplier.

In order to deliver the Tusass Flow solution, the following personally identifiable data must be recorded and shared with the subcontractor Telavox. This data is used exclusively for this service delivery and is not shared with third parties. This applies for data regarding customer identification, name, mobile number, and email address.

 In case of non-compliance with the payment terms, as per: “Standard conditions of sales, delivery and warranty” Tusass is entitled to keep all customer data until the customer has settled its debt, after which Tusass is obliged to delete these, no later than six months after payment.
