Changes to Contact Information:
You need to go to Settings, then to the tab My Account and then Contact Information. Then you can change your first name, last name, and mobile phone number.
Changes to Username and Password:
You need to go to Settings, then to the tab My Account and then Username and Password. Then you can change your email address and password, and you can remove devices if they are no longer being used. If you want to change your Flow phone number, you need to contact your Tusass Flow administrator.
Changes to Application Language:
You need to go to Settings, then to the tab General and then Application Language to change it to your preferred language.
Changes to Call Method:
You need to go to Settings, then to the tab Telephony and Audio and then Call Method. Then you can choose the call method to be calling with another IP phone, mobile call, or direct call with VoIP.
Changes to Ringtone and Volume:
You need to go to Settings, then to the tab Telephony and Audio and then Ringtone and Volume. Then you can make changes to the volume when someone is calling. You can also set the ringtone to silent, and you can adjust the volume for the ringtone.
Changes to Audio Device:
You need to go to Settings, then to the tab Telephony and Audio and then Audio Device. Then you can make changes to which audio input and audio output you want to use. That means which microphone on your device you want to use, and which speakers you want to use.
If you want to set up call forwarding for your number, go to the tab Telephony and Audio:
You need to go to Settings, then to the tab Telephony and Audio and then Advanced Telephony. Then you can make changes to call redirection. For example, if you are unavailable for a call, you can redirect to another number. You can also block unwanted numbers and set up priority numbers for your most important calls.
Calls will go directly to voicemail if you are busy or if there is a missed call. You can change what your voicemail plays under the Voicemail tab.
At the top right corner, there is a dropdown menu where you can set your status, such as in a meeting, sick, at lunch, and more.
