How do I get “Tusass Abroad”?
You can also get “Tusass Abroad” by purchasing a Tusass mobile subscription for a minimum of DKK 499. If you already have a subscription for a minimum of DKK 499, “Tusass Abroad” is automatically included in your subscription.
Can I upgrade to “Tusass Abroad” when I am abroad?
You can upgrade to Tusass Abroad while you are abroad. Tusass Abroad applies immediately after you have completed upgrading and received confirmation by SMS.
Will I be charged for receiving calls when I am in a “Tusass Abroad” country?
You will not be charged for receiving calls when you are in a ”Tusass abroad” country and you also have a “Tusass abroad” subscription.
If I travel outside the current “Tusass Abroad” zone, what will happen?
You can still roam but you will need money on your Tusass account, and payment will be charged at current roaming rates.

Can I use Tusass Abroad when I am on a ship or on a plane?
No, Tusass Abroad does not cover roaming on ships or planes. Therefore, roaming charges may apply which are not included in your agreement.
We recommend that you switch on airplane mode on your device while traveling on ships or planes, as we may not have agreements with the carriers used on these networks to avoid unexpected charges.
